THE COMPANY

RAYING began production in 1999, offering the market a range of cost effective high precision plastic injection moulding machines, which laid the foundations for the company success and expansion into a variety of sectors of high performance plastic injection engineering.

Over the years, RAYING’s activities were developed in pace with the market needs:
●　Manual control conventional hydraulic machines.
●　PLC programmable open loop control conventional hydraulic machines.
   　PLC programmable proportional flow and pressure open loop control machines.
●　Fixed and variable displacement, computerised proportional flow and pressure open loop control machines.
●　AC servo motor driven, hydro electric closed loop control machines.
●　AC servo motor driven, servo hydraulic closed loop control machines.

RAYING today produces series of high precision, high speed horizontal screw plastic injection moulding machines suitable for injection processing wide range plastic materials in different industries.  The multi-colours, multi-materials injection machines are also our prevailing core product.

The considerable resources within the company in terms of know-how and experience deriving from the thousands of successfully produced machines allow us to tackle even the most difficult problems of plastic injection engineering.

To face the ever increasing market needs, RAYING has focused on customized produce and at the same time to achieve the flexibility necessary to meet the growing demand for its range of machines.

RAYING has been operating all around the Far East and the Asean market. Future sales and services network is going to include the South Asia, the Middle East and the European territories.

  RAYING machines are lasting and reliable, protected by adequate warranty, whether maintenance will be necessary, RAYING grant support both from our Headquarter in China and Hong Kong as well as on site services through local distributor’s professionals.  RAYING manufacturing range follows to the philosophy, aiming to consolidate positive and mutual beneficial relationship with our Customers; constant product machine improvement through advance and latest technology inject our actions.

In  2010, RAYING  achieved  the important  goal  of  the  ISO9001 certification,  issued  by  UKAS international certification network.
In  2016, RAYING  achieved  the CE  certification,  Certificate  of Compliance  is  issued  by  ECM
